Certificação é concedida a duas praias brasileiras

ODS - ONU

O certificado Bandeira Azul, concedido pela Federação para Educação Ambiental, instituição internacional dedicada à educação ambiental, representada por diversas ONGs ao redor do mundo, foi dado a duas praias brasileiras por estarem completamente preparadas para a temporada de verão 2012-2013: Praia do Tombo, localizada no Guarujá (SP), e Prainha, no Rio de Janeiro (RJ).

A certificação recebe o apoio do Ministério do Meio Ambiente e no Brasil é concedido pela ONG Instituto Ambiental Ratones (IAR), que com seu juri nacional concede e renova o Bandeira Azul anualmente.
