Pesquisadores da Universidade de Wisconsin, nos Estados Unidos, pesquisaram durante 3 anos os n\u00edveis de felicidade do monge Matthieu Ricard, e declararam nos \u00faltimos dias que ele \u00e9 o homem mais feliz do mundo.<\/p>\n

Os n\u00edveis de felicidade se elevam quando o monge entra em estado de medita\u00e7\u00e3o em compaix\u00e3o, ativando uma maior atividade do segmento esquerdo do c\u00f3rtex pr\u00e9-frontal.
